Medical Massage (Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment with your insurance benefit information)

Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment with your insurance benefit information. Once your insurance benefits have been verified, you will only be responsible for your co-pay/co-insurance portion of the session. Your $20 deposit will be applied to that amount and any remaining amount will be credited to your account. If your visit is due to a motor vehicle collision or work related injury, your deposit will be refunded at the time of your visit. Please call with any questions.
